Our second challenge this October was all about those blurry and mysterious beings floating around in our world.
Yes, we asked you to paint something about ‘Ghost’.
First, we will introduce the winners of this challenge through a video.

The challenge allowed us to see very interesting interpretations of ghosts.
Some ghosts were inspired by legends and folk tales, while others resembled costumes from festivals like Halloween, giving us a chance to think about various stories where ghosts take center stage.
All in all, we had a great time seeing all of the different renditions of the fearsome ghost.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the challenge with great artwork.
Then, shall we meet the winners of the challenge?
Here, we have a woman walking down a forest trail under a full moon.
Despite the moon looming large in the night sky, the thick forest and gray sky make the whole scene look bleak and spooky.
Also, look at the woman’s disheveled hair and torn clothes.
You just know she’s a ghost and not human.
Thank you, @Bobbi_Crane.
Next, we have a couple of ghosts rising up from a thin layer of mist inside a building.
They look like they're trying to stop the wizard.
Both ghosts have their skulls bearing out under scary black cloaks and they seem to be floating toward the wizard with their arms outstretched in front of them.
Is the wizard going to use the magical flame burning at the tip of his wand to banish the ghosts?
We’ll just have to wait and see.
Great work, @nuni!
Moving on, we see a man sitting on one side of the collapsing house and the ghost of a farmer standing right behind him.
The ghost just spotted a startled cat nearby, and it’s trying to tell the cat to stay quiet.
Apparently, it wants to surprise visitors who venture out to its abandoned farm.
Wonderful job, @Animometrajes.
In the middle of a dark forest where the trees are blotting out the sun, there’s this fierce leopard stalking something.
It has threatening red eyes and a translucent body that makes it look more like the ghost of a leopard.
I wonder what turned the leopard into a ghost wandering the forest.
That one was from @Loris.
Next, we have a woman wrapped in white, walking through a forest shrouded in fog.
Judging by her transparent body that reflects the landscape around her, and also her legs that seem to be floating above the fog, she’s most likely a ghost.
On one hand, I’d love to see the woman’s face under the hood but on the other hand, taking a peek seems like a terrible idea.
Thank you, @shele1!
What do we have here?
We have a couple of ghosts clinging to this woman’s head and shoulder.
There’s also a brightly lit jack-o'-lantern behind her, so these ghosts must be part of her Halloween costume.
Given how real the ghosts look, and the way they’re holding on to her, she might actually end up scaring a few people at her Halloween party.
Nice work, @nattyy.
She must be a ghost who died just before her wedding.
The small flower petals scattering in the wind could be a sign she’s ready to let go of her sorrow and move on into the afterlife.
I wonder what happened to this new bride who fell to an untimely demise.
Great job, @Kinz.
Right next to this girl in pigtails are a couple of ghosts clad in white cloth floating around in the air.
Now, the girl has amber eyes, pale skin, and pointy ears, which suggests she isn't just a girl either.
She too, like the ghosts, might be something other than a human being.
This one was sent in by @coffee-cookie.
The woman appears to be admiring a pearl necklace she’s holding in her hand.
But above the vanity mirror, there’s a long-haired gray ghost watching the woman carefully.
Could it be that the necklace used to belong to this ghost draped over the mirror?
That’s from @Vorobushek.
In our last painting, we see a woman in a purple dress leaning against a tombstone, weeping.
There’s a ghost behind her, carefully reaching out as if to hug and console her.
It seems as if the owner of the tomb is trying to lend a comforting hand to her as she mourns in tears.
Thank you, @perper.
These are the 10 winners.
Congratulations!
Please send your encouragement and congrats to these 10 people in the comments.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this challenge.
