Hello, this is PENUP team.
Please be advised of an urgent issue related to layers in the 3.9.17 update.
Currently, there is an issue where opening files from the Draft causes the drawing content to disappear.
The cause is the 'Merge Layers' function in layers, and it has been confirmed that the content of the merged layer disappears after merging.
We are working quickly to resolve this issue and prepare an update.
However, until the update is available, we kindly ask you to temporarily use the following methods.
- Avoid using the 'Merge Layers’ function.
- Touch the merged layer once. (If touched even once, the content will not disappear.)
Unfortunately, it is expected that recovering any data that has currently disappeared will be difficult.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to all of you who love drawing.
We will do our best to prepare the update as quickly as possible so that you can use PENUP comfortably.
