[REVIEW] CHALLENGE OF SEPTEMBER (1)

Our first challenge in September was about ‘Purple’, a color of nobleness and mystery.

First, we will introduce the winners of this challenge through a video.

We saw many paintings featuring the color purple.

We saw natural landscapes and objects with purple in them, we saw works of imagination with the unique ambiance purple often creates to immerse ourselves in the different emotions behind each piece of art.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the challenge with great artwork.

Then, shall we meet the winners of the challenge?

In our first picture, we see a woman in purple eating dessert.

The pancakes have purple cream and blueberries along with flowers, fruits, and ice cream.

Her wide-open eyes and flushed cheeks suggest the pancakes are absolutely delicious.

Next, we have giant jellyfish swimming in an aquarium.

The purple lighting makes the jellyfish, and the aquarium, look very mystical.

The girl standing in front of the glass window is completely consumed by the magnificent view.

What do we have here?

It’s a fairy sleeping on a flower blooming in a purple forest.

The sun seems to be shining from afar - it could soon be morning to the forest, which is now glowing in a deep purple hue.

Perhaps this mysterious forest is a dream of the fairy sleeping on a purple flower.

It's raining on the street where cars are zooming by.

The neon lights are lighting up the night sky with purple.

The musician playing the guitar, despite the pouring rain, must've been inspired by the mystical landscape.

Here, we have a couple holding hands, taking a walk through a tree-lined forest.

The moon is sticking its head above the trees, and the forest is bathed in a fantastic purple hue.

This mysterious scenery that feels like walking through a dream might be a gift from the forest to two people deeply in love.

Next, there’s a fairy sitting on a purple hill, playing her flute.

Animals have gathered around, listening to the sound of the fairy’s flute.

She also has the constellations drawn on her body, which means she could have summoned the black animals from their constellations with her flute.

In our next picture, we have a woman with a hairpin wearing a purple dress with flowers on it.

The color of her clothes, the silver embroidery, and the glittering jewelry seem to tell us she’s from a noble family.

This painting of a Dangui, a ceremonial garment worn by noblewomen during the Joseon Dynasty in Korea, is the work of @Nokhong.

The terrace with a view of outside the house is filled with purple.

The purple chairs, table, and flowers seem to match the beautiful flower trees and sky outside the terrace.

This beautiful, purple scenery with soft lights will certainly make for a memorable time.

In our second to last picture, we see a girl with flowers looking at someone.

She’s also taken her shoes off, and it seems her shoes with purple ribbons are sitting next to a larger pair of shoes that look exactly the same.

Perhaps the girl’s mom was so excited, she ran ahead and is now beckoning her daughter over to where she is.

And finally, there’s a girl in purple clothes looking off into the distance where the wind is blowing her hair towards.

The morning sun slowly bathes the world in a beautiful lavender color, and the sea breeze is blowing the purple petals across the sky.

This world filled with warm purple is from @Louna_Chan.
