As always, everyone did a great job
uploading drawings with something
green.
We had a great time going through
green landscapes filled with
velvety grass, trees, forests,
and meadows, and we also saw
some interesting objects like
signals, signs, and clothes
in distinct green colors.
All in all, your creativity
really came through with this one.

Green is unequivocally the color
you think of when it comes to May.
It creates a refreshing scene.
The first painting we’ve chosen has
lush trees filling up the scene like
a nice folding screen, and the grass
almost engulfs the heavy stones,
showing the energy and vitality May
brings to nature.
This beautiful patch of green also
has a babbling stream.
Great job, @2catsnow!
Right next to that,
we have a room full of green.
It feels like everything from
the window frames to the curtains
and doorknobs were painted green.
Outside the window, you see vines
with wide leaves spreading out in
all directions, and to the side,
you might notice some
delicious-looking green grapes.
In fact, this green room may have
been built specifically to see
the green grapes growing
on the vine.

Moving on, we have a gentle stream
with what appears to be a waterfall
and a cloud of mist rising above it.
On the other side of the stream
is a forest with tall trees,
and the mysterious green hue
all over this lovely scenery
creates a dreamy landscape.
And reading the title, this place
with two people taking a stroll
along the water might just be
paradise.

Next, we have various little objects
decorating some green letters.
“ICE” has ice cream cakes with
a font that looks frozen, whereas
“GREEN” features green objects like
limes, popsicles, and trees.
The emotions expressed on the
characters' faces seem to explain
the refreshing nature of the words
and objects.

This painting has green grass
growing on either side of
a long road.
The weather looks clear, all
the wildflowers are blooming in
white, and a white cloud is rising
up the sky like a giant balloon.
Maybe, if you follow the road,
you might just step into the cloud
and drift off into the sky.

Here, the sun is sticking its head
above the hazy mountain shadows,
and a white bird is soaring across
the sky.
In the fields, a meandering stream
sparkles in the sunlight, and
the blades of grass look like
they’re all stretching, pushing out
the darkness to keep the world
a refreshing green.

Our next painting has a parrot
with a green body and colorful
feathers on its wings and belly
flying through the sky.
It has its head turned around, so
it could be looking for something.
Maybe it’s admiring the beautiful
green, sparkling forest.

Right next to that one, we have
a greenhouse full of green plants,
which looks in stark comparison with
the trees stripped bare outside
the window.
Right in the middle of all
the thriving plants is a cat sitting
on a table and grooming itself.
It seems like the cat has picked
the sunniest place in the greenhouse
to keep itself nice and warm.

In this next picture,
we have various green cacti blooming
with colorful flowers.
There’s, of course, a child standing
by the window wearing her hair like
a cactus.
Her clothes even look like a cactus.
But she appears to be sick the way
she has a needle in her arm.
Like a beautiful cactus, always
full of vitality and energy even in
the harshest of environments,
we hope the little girl can live
a long and healthy life.
And that’s what the picture seems
to be all about.

As night falls, the city has come
alive with some colorful lights.
You’ll see all the stars twinkling
in the green sky as the clouds
clear, and right in the middle
is a comet.
Also, the shadow of the city
reflected on the river adds mystique
to this green landscape.
If you saw this in real life,
you’ll probably remember it forever.
