[Challenge] 2023. September : Let's draw Bubble

Bubbles that change mysterious
colors depending on the light
can often be seen in our daily
lives.

When washing your face or brushing
your teeth, We wash our bodies using
the foam created by soap or
toothpaste.

We make food using bubbles, such as
bread and cookies, and when thirsty,
we drink carbonated drinks full of
bubbles.

The foam produced by detergent is
also used when washing dishes after
a meal or washing dirty clothes.

'Bubble' is the second challenge topic
in September, gas bubbles surrounded
by liquid or solid.

The bubbles trap air inside.

This characteristic can be used in
a variety of ways as it is of great
help to our lives.

It is said that foam is used as
an insulator to block heat, as
a packaging material or cushioning
material to protect items, and
as a soundproofing material to
block sound.

Life jackets used for swimming and
foam pads used in various places
are also said to be made using foam.

It is said that foam plays a very
important role when cooking food.

In the case of bread, which is
commonly eaten, it can be seen as
a bubble made of carbon dioxide
created by fermenting wheat dough
with yeast.

Many ingredients, such as whipped
cream, are also used by mixing eggs
and sugar to create foam, or using
ingredients that change as foam
forms and disappears.

It might be fun to draw
what you think of food made of foam.

It is said that foam is used in
various fields.

It is said to be used in
the flotation process to separate
minerals from ore, as firefighting
foam to extinguish fires, and to
take medical images.

In space research, dust from comets
is collected using the bubble
principle called aerosol, which
plays an important role in revealing
the mysteries of the universe.

What kind of bubbles do you think of
right now?

Take on the challenge by capturing
bubbles that can be easily seen,
such as food or soap bubbles,
as well as the mysterious shapes
of bubbles you imagine.
