[Challenge] 2021. November : Let's draw Animal for 2022 Calendar
Greetings. PENPLE’s!
The year has almost passed and we
only have two pages left on the
calendar of 2021.
We are trying to hold the calendar
competition of PENUP while enjoying
the nature changing by the seasons
with our wish to meet animals that
live freely within nature.
An 'Animal' is the first topic of
November that are living together
with humans on earth which will
beautifully transform every month
in 2022.

There are 170 million species of
creatures on earth and about 100
million from them are animals.
Including insects, fishes, birds
and mammals, they are all included
in the category animal.
So they have various appearances
from giant species like the blue
whale that are 30m long. to small
ones such as daphnia, which are
about 1 to 2 mm long.
From bird with two legs, lions or
ares with four legs, to insects
with six or more legs, but there
are creatures without legs exist
as well.

Animals are living in various
environments.
Polar Bears or penguins living in
the poles or animals like desert
foxes live in harsh places like the
desert.
They coexist closely with humans
like dogs and cats. Some of them
live far away, such as lions and
tigers.
It would be great to draw your
favorite animals and their habitats.

Recently, the number of people who
own pets is growing rapidly.
Animals like dogs and cats around us
are said to provide psychological
stability and increase caring.
Especially in old age, when social
relationships are declining, nega-
tive emotions are relieved and natu-
rally increases activities to make
our body healthy from the results of
a research.
