Halloween Day is a big festival in England, North Europe and the United States.
It is rooted from Samhain Festival, Irish Celts in 500 BC.
The Celts appointed November 1st as the first day of winter, which is the New Year.
These people believed that when people die,
their souls will stay in other people’s body for one year and will go to the other world.
They considered October 31, the last day of the year, as the day when the dead people will select the people and the space that they will maintain their souls.

In order to prevent this, people had dressed themselves as dead people and made their homes cold so that the dead people’s soul would not enter their homes.
Such tradition has been positioned as Halloween Day Festival after long time.
Even now, you can see diverse characters and ghost-decorated people during Halloween Day.
Children would visit this home and that home
to acclaim “trick or treat” to receive candies.
