We would like to share our new revised terms and conditions for PENUP.

■ Revised Items: PENUP service have been revised due to the addition of a parameter to the external search engine.
Image parameter added to the external search engine
From now on, artwork uploaded to PENUP will be made searchable through an external search engine
For instance, you will now be able to search your artwork uploaded to PENUP with a Google image search.
To do so, you must check the “Enable Search” button when you upload your artwork.
This function will be available in our updated version of PENUP.
Previously, search parameters were limited to the title, description, etc. of the artwork only and not the image.
Even when the settings for an artwork originally made available for web searches are disabled or when the image is deleted from PENUP,
it may appear through an external search engine (Google).
To prevent this, the user must contact and file a request at the service provider of the search engine directly.
※ If you do not express your objection to the revisions made to the terms and conditions until the effective date,
or use our services after the effective date of the revised terms and conditions,
PENUP shall assume your consent to the revised terms and conditions.
Also, please note that access to our services may be limited or suspended if you do not agree to our revised terms and conditions.
