We thank all of you who took part in the very first challenge of 2017.
With more entries than ever, we were able to see a huge variety of artworks.
Also, what caught our eyes were entries that were colored in using unique styles created based on the coloring designs downloaded from PEN.UP.
It was beautiful to see our PEN.PLE family downloading each other’s work to color them in and strike up conversations!
As we announced, we will create a ‘coloring book’ with the winning entries.
So, we selected more than 20 entries this time around, which is more than usual.

First, we have a cute coloring design from @greeda, our HOF inductee in January.
You can’t leave out the cat and the little girl from @greeda’s work, of course.
The coloring design that looks like stairs without any exits was produced by @termybug.

@Charldia created a repetitive pattern while @bigdae2 drew a cute little girl.
@hosio sent in a coloring design featuring a winged deer.

The coloring design created by @SkyBee23 shows an owl with several lines in on each wing where you can fill each space with different colors.
@Nina drew several objects in a map of Taiwan.
The key to @Roarsinart’s design would be to color in the floral pattern on the girl’s skirt!

The coloring design by @Grace.Jeong has a very cute sketch of the adventures of a cat riding a plane!
@Elmoghira submitted a sketch displaying a thong with multiple spaces for different colors.
We’re curious to know how it will look when it’s all colored in.
HOF inductee for December, @TITIART drew a coloring design featuring a face placed on top of a floral background.

Here we have the work of @dongdongkim who drew a fantastic tarot card design!
We think it’ll be awesome to see when the design is filled with colors.
What catches our attention from @eun’s work is the detail in the hair which shows each and every strand of hair.
@nak drew a very big ball of flowers. We look forward to see how the flowers are colored in.

The title ‘fish in a heart’ fits very well, don’t you think?

@Chuppylim actually published a coloring book!
@Chuppylim sent in a variety of coloring designs.
Among them, the Angel Cat was so cute.
It almost feels like a baby tiger when you keep looking at it!

It might be very entertaining to use a range of different colors to fill in the leaves in the background.
@kaitracid added numerous lines using the wings of a butterfly as a canvas!

Also, the prize can be cancelled if you do not send us an e-mail within the notified period.
