Having a really bad flare up today :(

Fidget toys and communication cards are there because usually on flare up days and/or bad days in general I'm more at risk to meltdowns and go non-verbal sometimes, I'm also more prone to being more antsy from being bed-bound, and is more irritable #chronicpain
