So basically, this is Selene, one of the main characters in a book i an making about a group of sisters with magical powers of the cosmos, separated at birth! Selene is the moon sister, and she is a Theta in training (medicine apprentice equivalent for my wc peeps). She can heal and use tangible moonbeams as items. She can manipulate water because the moon affects the tides. And she can go into peoples dreams and alter them!
