New oc: raboin! (rainbow water fox!)

raboin is a cheerful vixen who loves to help out! her horns and tail act like water facing upwards. this is so when she is in trouble, she could vanish or she could use her tail and horns to fight! when she is fighting, she uses her horns and tail as a water source so she could shoot powerful water bullets to injure the enemy. this helps her earn more time to flee so she doesn't get in trouble. however, there is a limit to her power as the rainbow water runs out. they then take a day to reform!
