Hew Maan's return at daybreak

Zrang, Kleeb and Yassa (a normal human and surely not just three kobolds in a trenchcoat) are returning home at break of day after a succesfull night of steeling magical trinkets from the adventurers. As a player of DnD, daybreak makes me think about the difference between daytime creatures and nighttime creatures. Kobolds, being very nocturnal, were first to come to mind as a race who hides at the first signs of a new day.
