This is Dracat ! There are 4 differnt tyes of Dracats. Ice dracats water dracats wind dracats mud dracats They are very common (however very fast and difficult to spot) They have sharp horns a simbol on their heads that mark the family they have glowing tail & wings they look harmless but can shoot venom from it's teeth !
